and just when she gives you one of the more exhausting weeks you’ve had in a long while…

…your 3-year-old daughter tucks you into “bed” on the living room floor with her favorite blanket and then says, “Let’s pray.  ‘Dear God, please bless Mommy.  Please help her not be scared tonight.  You are with her.  I love her very much.  Amen.’”
