- ME: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Ready or not, here I come.
- CHICK: No, all the numbers.
- ME: There are a lot of numbers.
- CHICK: Well then start counting.
Yesterday…
- CHICK: [watching TV] Hey look, Mom! They got married. Just like you and Daddy.
- ME: That’s right.
- CHICK: You had a big, big, big, big wedding. But Garbanzo and I weren’t there. We stayed home that day.
And this morning, at breakfast…
- CHICK: [eyes closed, hands folded] Dear God, please bless our food. You love us. I wish I could obey my parents. You would be so proud. Amen.

Tonight during our bedtime prayer Cody shouts “dance party dance party dance party” and flicked his flashlight on and off. I bet God likes dance parties too.
LOL she cracks me up. Tonight my husband was kissing the top of my son’s head when Little Monkey yelled “Stop tasting me!” LOL. I laughed so hard!
