There’s a book – I can’t remember the name right now, frustratingly – that talks about a study done in the past few years about the stress we undertake simply from the amount of information thrown at us these days. An act as simple as buying toothpaste can all be too much, because the availability of information at our fingertips has exacerbated our body’s evolutionary ability to handle it.

Just stuff to ponder. It’s midnight and I’m going to bed.
